Simona Cipra
Managing Director
Simona joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2010. She has more than 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device development. Simona works with pharmaceutical, medical device and health-care service companies on organizational development, clinical strategy and operations, and quality systems optimization.
Prior to joining Halloran, Simona held senior leadership roles in clinical operations and program management at Eisai Medical Research, Boston Scientific, and The Medicines Company in a variety of therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, and women's health. Simona has built and led global clinical operations teams of up to 200 and managed annual budgets in excess of $100M. She has been responsible for all phases of clinical research for pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination products. Simona has also held senior regulatory roles and done extensive quality system development and maintenance.
Simona earned a BBA from the University of Miami, is RAPS certified, and is pursuing a graduate program in Bioethics and Public Policy at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine.
