Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. (HCG) is a privately held consulting firm whose vision is to conduct clinical trials with biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device development clients using smarter approaches to clinical trial management.

 

HCG was founded in 1998 by Laurie Halloran, an internationally recognized expert in the field of clinical research and clinical trials management. We have added seasoned team members only when their skills and expertise have fit with our service philosophy.

 

Halloran's senior associates have worked in both biopharmaceutical start-up environments as well as within more established companies. Our senior clinical operations team members have experience in a variety of therapeutically aligned companies overseeing the development of products from all phases of clinical development. As we form our client's clinical teams, we build the infrastructure and implement program and project management in parallel, ideally in the early phases of development.

 

We have found that one of the keys to the success of an early stage company is to have the senior level expertise at the early time-points to guide that process, however hiring that senior expertise is usually difficult and cost prohibitive for small companies, as the candidate won’t be utilized fully due to the stage of development.
